Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

Effective Date: June 24th, 2025

At Alpha Elite Mental and Sport Performance, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching and training services. Please review our refund policy carefully before purchasing or enrolling in any of our programs.

 

1. General Policy

All payments made to Alpha Elite MSP are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing or under exceptional circumstances approved by management.

 

2. Session Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a session without penalty.

  • Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited without refund.

  • If Alpha Elite MSP must cancel a session, the client will be offered a full make-up session or credit toward future services.

 

3. Program Withdrawals

If a client chooses to withdraw from a multi-session program:

  • No refunds will be issued for sessions already completed.

  • Partial refunds or credits for unused sessions may be considered on a case-by-case basis, particularly in the event of medical emergencies or significant personal circumstances.

 

4. Service Discontinuation by Alpha Elite MSP

Alpha Elite MSP reserves the right to discontinue services if:

  • A student-athlete fails to meet GPA or behavioral standards

  • A client requires services beyond our scope (e.g., clinical mental health)

  • There is a violation of our Terms and Conditions

In such cases:

  • No refund will be issued for services already rendered

  • A pro-rated refund or service credit may be considered for unused sessions

 

5. Refund Policy for Credit Card Transactions

  • Credit card purchases are subject to this policy and follow industry guidelines.

  • No refunds will be issued for sessions or services already completed.

  • Refunds for unused or canceled services may be requested and are subject to review on a case-by-case basis.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for purchase within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider’s processing time.

• • A processing fee of 3–5% may be deducted to cover credit card transaction fees (based on your processor’s terms).
