Welcome to Alpha Elite Mental and Sport Performance ("Alpha Elite MSP," "we," "our," or "us"). By enrolling in our programs or using our services, you ("Client," "Parent/Guardian," or "Student-Athlete") agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

1. Payment Terms​

• We accept the following forms of payment:

• Cash

• Check (payable to Alpha Elite Mental and Sport Performance)

• Major Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)

• Online Payments via secure payment processors (e.g., Stripe, Square, or other third-party platforms)

 

2. Recurring Payment Plans

• For clients enrolled in monthly coaching programs or multi-session packages:

• Recurring billing may be set up through a secure online payment system.

• Charges will be processed automatically on the agreed-upon billing cycle (e.g., monthly or bi-weekly).

• Clients will receive email receipts and can manage or cancel their payment plan with 7 days' notice prior to the next billing date.

• Failure to make payment may result in a pause or termination of services.

• All payments are due prior to the start of scheduled services, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• A $25 fee may be applied to any returned checks.

• A $25 late-fee will be applied to any payments not received by the agreed upon payment schedule.

 

3. Eligibility for Sports Performance Training

• Student-athletes must maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8.

• Alpha Elite MSP reserves the right to deny or pause training services if:

  • The student-athlete’s GPA falls below 2.8

  • The student-athlete is involved in any disciplinary action at school or within the community

• Reinstatement of services will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

 

4. Communication with Educators

• Alpha Elite MSP retains the right to communicate directly with teachers, school staff, or academic advisors to verify grades, behavior, and overall academic standing.

• This communication will be conducted in a professional and confidential manner to support the student-athlete’s development and eligibility.

 

5. Mental Performance Training and Referrals

• Our mental performance training is designed to support focus, resilience, and mindset within sport and life contexts.

• We do not provide counseling, psychotherapy, or any form of clinical mental health services.

• If we determine that an individual may be experiencing mental health challenges or issues beyond our scope of practice, Alpha Elite MSP reserves the right to discontinue services and:

  • Notify the individual or their parent/guardian

  • Facilitate a referral to an appropriate licensed mental health professional or organization

 

6. Code of Conduct

• Respect, commitment, and professionalism are expected at all times from both clients and their families.

• Alpha Elite MSP reserves the right to terminate services without refund if there is any form of abuse, misconduct, or violation of our policies.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

• Alpha Elite MSP is not responsible for any injury, academic consequences, or disciplinary action resulting from the client’s behavior outside of our sessions.

• Services are offered as-is and results may vary depending on individual effort and consistency.

 

8. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

• Clients will be notified of changes via email or posted updates on our website.
